The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) has announced that it update your rules which refer to its old civic address so that it reflects the new one. The PBGC moved on August 1, 2022.

The PBGC also notes in the discussion of filing, issuance, timing and retention of records that appears in Part 4000 that access to information for people with hearing and speech has changed.
In this case, the PBGC removed “(TTY/TDD users can call the Federal Relay Service toll-free at 1-800-877-8339 and ask to be connected to the appropriate number.)” and added in its place ” (If you are deaf or hard of hearing or have a speech impediment, please dial 7-1-1 to access telecommunications relay services.)”
